For the end of their Euroleague journey, Cedevita rolled over Zvezda

Cedevita ended their Euroleague season with style, by beating the ABA League finalists Crvena zvezda Telekom in the ABA League derby with the stunning margin. In the end, the difference between the two teams was 21 points.

ABA League derby came up for the end of the Euroleague Top 16 and it was also the end of the Euroleague season for one of our representatives, Cedevita. To make things more interesting, it was the repetition of the ABA League Semi-finals between Cedevita and Crvena zvezda Telekom, where Zvezda came out on top and it was a superb opportunity for the home side to grab a revenge in Dražen Petrović Arena. And they did it.

The game"s outcome was more or less decided already in the opening quarter, as Cedevita took an 18-point lead in 10th minute (29:11) and did not allow the guests to fight their way back into the battle for two points.

Cedevita"s highest lead of the game came in the 13th minute, when they went up by 25 points and managed to maintain the high lead until the very end, when the margin was 21 (82:62). Jacob Pullen became the top scorer of the game with 22 points. Miro Bilan and Luka Žorić followed him on Cedevita"s side with 12 points each, while Vladimir štimac had 18 and Tarence Kinsey 11 for Zvezda.
