Budućnost VOLI and Mornar have taken leads in the Semi-finals of Montenegrin national championship by beating Ulcinj and Sutjeska, respectively in the first games of the series.

Budućnost VOLI and Mornar have taken leads in the Semi-finals of Montenegrin national championship by beating Ulcinj and Sutjeska, respectively in the first games of the series.

Budućnost VOLI are on their way to defend the Montenegrin national championship winner trophy, after they have taken the lead in the first game of the semi-final series against Ulcinj at home court in Morača, Podgorica. Igor Đaletić"s squad have made the key difference in the opening quarter when they went up by 9 points already and kept increasing their lead until the end of the game, when it was 98:66 on the scoreboard. Sead šehović was the top scorer of the winning side with 21 points on his account, while on the other side Marko Popović scored 23.

Mornar have gone up 1:0 in the series against Sutjeska on the road in Nikšić, as they have beaten Sutjeska by 23 points. The key difference arose in the opening part of the game, as they took a 17-point lead after 10 minutes. Sampson Robert was the top scorer of the winners with 25 points, while Đoko šalić scored 27 for Sutjeska.
