Budućnost VOLI 2:0 up in the finals

Budućnost VOLI have increased their lead over Mornar Bar to 2:0 in the Montenegrin National Championship Finals, after a dramatic finale of the second game, which they won by 3 points in the end.

Budućnost VOLI are approaching their new Montenegrin National Championship winner title, as they have taken a 2:0 lead in the finals over Mornar Bar with a win in a close second game of the series on the road in Bar.

Mornar offered excellent resistance to the Igor Đaletić"s squad and even led by four points (38:34) by half time. In the third quarter, Budućnost VOLI bounced back, made a 27:17 partial score between 20nd and 30th minute and went in front by six as the final quarter began.

However, the game remained dramatic until the final seconds, when Sead šehović scored a three-pointer with the buzzer and gave his team a 77:74 victory. Halil Kanačević was the top scorer of Podgorica squad with 18 points and Aleksa Ilić followed him with 16.
