Cedevita and Cibona have achieved convincing victories at home in the first round of the Croatian National Championship Semi-finals against Kvarner 2010 and Zadar, respectively.

In the ABA League derby, Cibona prevailed over Zadar and everyone could be certain that the outcome would be like that after 20 minutes of the game, when Cibona went up by 15 points whilst scoring more than 50 (52:37). Damir Mulaomerović's squad did not slow down in the second part of the game and kept increasing their advantage until the final marin of 25 points (104:79). James Florence was the top scorer of Cibona with 19 points, while Boris Barać scored the most for Zadar, 17.

In the other semi-final pair, Cedevita literally ran over Kvarner 2010, since Veljko Mršić and his players were better than the opponent by no less than 66 points. Cedevita finished the game with a fantastic number of 115 points scored, while they have allowed the opponent to score only 59. Miro Bilan was the top scorer of Cedevita with 23 points and Nemanja Gordić followed him with 14.
