MZT Skopje Aerodrom take the lead in the finals

After losing the first game of the finals, MZT Skopje Aerodrom have managed to turn the series against Kumanovo around in the following two and now lead 2:1 in victories. Aleksandar Jončevski"s squad are now only a win away from the new championship trophy in Macedonia.

Macedonian Superleague Finals are approaching the end and MZT Skopje Aerodrom fans are hoping for them to end as soon as on Friday, when their team can win for the third time and claim another domestic trophy in a row, the second one this season, after previously winning the national cup trophy.

The third game of the finals was for the majority of the 40 minutes going MZT"s way, but it was finally confirmed in the final quarter, when the home squad pulled even more away after an 8-point lead after 30 minutes. They won the last quarter by 10 points and won the game comfortably with the final score of 91:73.

Damjan Stojanovski was the top scorer of the game with 19 points and he was followed by his teammate Danilo Mijatović who put in 18. For Kumanovo, Aleksandar Kostoski scored 17.
