Zagreb derby in Croatian National Championship Finals

Cibona have joined Cedevita in Croatian National Championship Finals, as they have eliminated Zadar 2:1 in the semi-final series, after they have defended their home court for the second time.

Cibona are the second semi-finalists of the Croatian National Championship, where they have advanced with 2:1 victory in the series over Zadar. In the third game of the series, Damir Mulaomerović"s squad have made the key difference in the first half, which they have won by 15 points and they managed to maintain in until the very end.

Zadar have managed to cut the deficit until the end to a single digit, but they have not managed to turn the clash around. The final score was 80:71 with James Brian Florence topping their scorers" list with 27 points on his account. On the other side, Filip Kraljević put in 20.
