Once again, ABA League received a certificate of an excellent talent factory, as no less than four players from our regional competition were selected at the 2016 NBA Draft.

The 2015/16 ABA League Top Prospect of the season Ante Žižić of Cibona was the one to be selected the first amongst our players, as the Boston Celtic have picked him as a 23rd overall pick in the first round of the Draft.

Immediately after Žižić, Mega Leks' high-flying Frenchman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot was selected. His rights were grabbed by Philadelphia 76ers as he became the 24th overall pick in the first round of the Draft.

Ivica Zubac, who began the season with Cibona and ended it with Mega Leks, was selected at the beginning of the second round, as the 32nd overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers.

Last, but not the least, Rade Zagorac, the third player of Mega Leks, was selected by the Boston Celtics as the 35th overall pick, with his rights being traded immediately to Memphis Grizzlies.
