Frank Robinson signs with Partizan NIS

One more arrival in Partizan NIS. The 4th this summer! Frank Robinson will wear the black and white jersey of the Belgrade powerhouse in the 2016/17 season!

Stefan Birčević, Djordje Majstorović, Branislav Ratkovica... Frank Robinson! Partizan NIS have signed a one-year deal with the American shooting guard, who has therefore become the 4th new player in the team coached by Aleksandar Džikić.

It is interesting to mention that this will be the second time in Robinson's career that he will work with coach Džikić. Two of them had a successful cooperation back in 2007/08 season in Olimpija Ljubljana, and it was actually the very first season in Europe for this American player.

After that, Robinson changed quite a few clubs, as he played for Ludwigsburg, Artland, Wurzburg (Germany), Maccabi Haifa (Israel), Sokhumi Tbilisi (Georgia), Asseco Prokom (Poland), Budivelnyk Kiev (Ukraine), Bisons Loimaa (Finland), Panelefsiniakos (Greece), while he spent the previous season in Istanbul DSI where he was averaging 15.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists in the Turkish 2nd Division.

Robinson can play both as shooting guard and small forward.

Robinson pojačao Partizan NIS

Iskusni američki košarkaš Frenk Robinson, nosiće dres KK Partizan NIS sledeće sezone. Robinson je rođen 1. juna 1984. godine u Kaliforniji. Visok je 193 cm i igra na poziciji krila. Novi košarkaš crno-belih je već igrao u ABA ligi. On je u sezoni 2008/09 nastupao za Olimpiju iz Ljubljane.

Tokom svoje karijere, Robinson je u nekoliko navrata potpisivao kratkoročne ugovore sa ekipom Atlanta Hawks, a nastupao je i za nekoliko timova u NBA letnjoj ligi.

U Evropi, novi igrač Partizana je pored ostalih timova igrao i za Budiveljnik, Nilan Bisons, Prokom, nemački Ludvigsburg,, izraelske timove Makabi Haifa i Ironi, kao i za turski Istanbul DSI. U prošloj sezoni, Robinson je imao učinak od 15,6 poena i 3,1 asistencije po meču.

Ugovor je potpisan na godinu dana.
