Ellis (23 years, 208 cm) can play both as power forward and as a center. He comes from the USA where studied at the University of Cincinnati. Ellis played 3 years for Cincinnati Bearcats, while he was averaging 9.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.5 blocks per match in the 2015/16 NCAA season.
It is interesting to mention that Octavius Ellis is a cousin of NBA player Monta Ellis who is currently playing for the Indiana Pacers.

Posle Nemanje Krstića i Antabije Volera, Mornar Bar je doveo i treće pojačanje ovog leta. Reč je o Američkom košarkašu Oktavijusu Elisu.
Elis (23, 208) može da pokrije pozicije krilnog centra i centra. Studirao na Sinsinati Univerzitetu, gde je 3 godine igrao za Sinsinati Berketse. U NCAA sezoni 2015/16 prosečno je beležio 9.8 poena, 7.5 skokova, 1.2 asistencije i 1.2 blokade po meču.
Zanimljivo je pomenuti da je Oktavijus Elis rodjak poznatog NBA košarkaša Monta Elisa koji trenutno igra za Indijana Pejserse.
