The hosts made a good resistance to mighty Turkish team in the opening quarter, however the second period was a complete nightmare for the white and blue crew. Zadar lost that quarter by 10:33 and therefore lost every chance of catching up with their rivals.
Mislav Brzoja was the top scorer in the home team with 15 points, Lovro Mazalin added 14, while Igor Marić finished the match with 13 points.
Recall that Zadar are placed in Group B together with Budućnost VOLI and Darussafaka Dogus.
