Glorious atmosphere in Ranko Žeravica Hall, Partizan defeated

Partizan NIS played their 9th preparation game ahead of the new season and in the fantastic atmosphere in packed Ranko Žeravica Hall, they were defeated for 3rd time, this time to Antwerp Giants.

The black and white did start the game fine and led by 5 points when the half time buzzer went on. However, the crucial was the third quarter, when the Belgian side took charge and got a 14 point margin in their favour in just 10 minutes, which turned the game around and gave them a 9-point lead before the beginning of the final part of the game.

Aleksandar Džikić’s squad did not manage to gather enough strength to make a comeback and they lost in the end with the score of 81:72.

William Hatcher was the top scorer of Partizan NIS with 22 points. Stefan Birčević followed him with 10 points.
