Story of the game: Let's start from the home team. Mornar simply deserved to have at least one win so far in the 2016/17 season, but they were out of luck in the opening two games. They firstly lost the home match against Partizan NIS by a single point, while then they got defeated by Cibona by a 2-point margin. Anyway, those defeats haven't broken their spirit, so the team from Bar is fully motivated to score their first win in ABA League.
On the other side Karpoš Sokoli were not that close to score a win in the previous two games, but they have showed some improvement since the start of the season. It is obvious that the players need more time to get to know each other, so expect a much better Karpoš Sokoli in every next game, including the one against Mornar.
Match-up in focus: We will have another interesting duel of American point guards on Friday evening. Lamont Jones of Mornar and Kendrick Perry of Karpoš Sokoli presented themselves as high quality players, so one of them may actually decide the winner of the upcoming clash.
