Story of the game: Last season’s ABA League finalists Mega Leks are set to host the semi-finalists Cedevita in one of the derby games of the 5th round of the ABA League season.
The team that challenged Crvena zvezda mts in last season’s final haven’t started the season in the most successful possible way and share the 8th place with only one triumph after four games. On the other side, Cedevita opened the season with a negative 0:2 record, but afterwards improved to 2:2. Which one will make a step forward in their desire to re-join the top again?
For sure, injuries can play a major part this time in the hunt for another important victory. While Mega Leks are missing Stefan Glogovac, Ognjen Čarapić and Radosav Spasojević, Cedevita are coming to Mitrovica without Karlo Žganec, Marko Arapović and Ra’shad James.
Match-up in focus: With Ra’shad James missing on Cedevita squad, it will be interesting to see how David Stockton will fit in into a key role on the Zagreb team.
