Budućnost, Cedevita and Olimpija in hunt for the first win in Eurocup

Three ABA League teams – Budućnost VOLI, Cedevita and Union Olimpija, will step on court on Wednesday night with a desire to grab their first victories of the season in Europe. Will they succeed?

Three ABA League teams – Budućnost VOLI, Cedevita and Union Olimpija, will step on court on Wednesday night with a desire to grab their first victories of the season in Europe. Will they succeed?

After unsuccessful first attempts in the Round 1 of the Eurocup Regular Season, Budućnost VOLI, Cedevita and Union Olimpija will be on court again in Round 2 and they will do their best in order to grab their first victories of the European season.

In Group A, Cedevita will host Lietkabelis. In the first round, the Lithuanian side have been better than MZT Skopje Aerodrom by a point at home in Panevežys, while Cedevita were defeated on the road against Gran Canaria.

In Group C, Budućnost VOLI will take on Unicaja Malaga, a team that has missed the Round 1 and will try to impress at their debut. Budućnost VOLI failed to score a victory in their first game of the season, on the road in Murcia.

Finally, Union Olimpija will travel to Germany to face Ratiopharm Ulm, a team that were not a true rival to Valencia Basket in the first round. On the other side, Union Olimpija played bravely at home against Lokomotiv Kuban in the opening round.

Cedevita – Lietkabelis (19:00)

Group C:

Budućnost VOLI – Unicaja (18:45)

Group D:

Ratiopharm Ulm – Union Olimpija (19:30)
