Another very interesting match is scheduled for Sunday evening. It's the duel between the 5th placed and the 6th placed team. Cibona vs. Igokea.

ABA League 14th round, Sunday, 18.12.2016:

CIBONA - IGOKEA

Where? Dražen Petrović Hall, Zagreb

When? 21:00

Story of the game: Cibona have written down 3 wins in a row in ABA League, and now they are eying the 4th one which would help them stay in the race for the Playoffs. The Wolves are playing very good basketball in this season, so their current position is not a surprise. Still, the famous club from Zagreb does not want to stop now. They want to be even better in the 2nd part of the season and to make their way among the top 4 teams on the standings.

Igokea were also in a great series of results, but their winning streak ended last weekend when the boys from Aleksandrovac suffered defeat against Partizan NIS away. Still, this team will definitely not allow that one defeat break their spirits, so Igokea will give their best to pull off a major break in Zagreb.

Match-up in focus: Robert Rikić (Igokea) has the height to confront Ante Žižić (Cibona), but he will definitely have to put on his best performance to stop the top scorer of the league. Anyway, the duel between Žižić and Rikić should be interesting to watch.

Head to head in the regional league: In total 5:6; In Zagreb 2:3.
