This is definitely more than just a game for the both teams. Partizan NIS and PAOK Thessaloniki have a special connection, they wear the same colors and their fans consider themselves "brothers". Still, this time the draw has put them on opposite sides.
Partizan NIS will face PAOK Thessaloniki in the FIBA Basketball Champions League Playoffs Qualifiers. The 1st leg will be played in Thessaloniki, while the rematch in Belgrade is scheduled for February 22.
The boys coached by Aleksandar Džikić have traveled to Greece in excellent mood after defeating their arch rivals Crvena zvezda mts in the last round of ABA League. They will try to use that momentum to score a good result in the 1st leg against PAOK.
