Six players made their way to Macedonia NT through last season’s ABA League

Macedonia national team head coach Jordančo Davitkov has revealed the preliminary squad of his selection for this summer’s 2019 World Cup Pre-qualifiers. On the 24-strong roster there are six players that played in the ABA League last season.

Just like for all of the other national teams of the region, the ABA League pool of players has proven to be a valuable one for composing the squads for this summer’s action for Macedonian one as well.

Had coach Jordančo Davitkov has chosen six of the players that used to play in the ABA League last season, to be candidates to represent their country in the 2019 World Cup Pre-qualifiers. While four of them played for MZT Skopje Aerodrom, two of them are coming from the ranks of Karpoš Sokoli.
