Serbia's squad for EuroBasket - Lazić, Jović, Birčević, Gudurić, Kuzmić...

Serbia national team head coach Aleksandar Djordjević has announced the final roster for 2017 FIBA EuroBasket.

Among the 12 players who will represent Serbia at the upcoming 2017 FIBA EuroBasket are 5 players who spent the previous season in ABA League.

Serbia national team head coach Aleksandar Djordjević has decided to include Crvena zvezda mts captain Branko Lazić in his final roster, as well as three other members of the 2016/17 red & white crew - Stefan Jović, Ognjen Kuzmić and Marko Gudurić.

Stefan Birčević, who spent the previous season in Partizan NIS, will also play for Serbia at the 2017 FIBA EuroBasket.

As far as the other players are concerned, they have all played in the regional competition at one point of their careers. Team captain will be former Partizan NIS star Milan Mačvan, while there are also two NBA players in the roster - Bogdan Bogdanović (Sacramento Kings) and Boban Marjanović (Detroit Pistons).

Due to injuries, Serbia will not be able to count on several important players, including Miloš Teodosić, Miroslav Raduljica, Nemanja Nedović, Nikola Kalinić, Marko Simonović...
