MZT and Mornar scored convincing wins, Zadar had no chance against Venezia
MZT Skopje Aerodrom defeated Bakırköyspor in their last prep game in Istanbul. At the same time, Zadar will play for the 3rd place at the friendly tournament in Jesolo.

Victory! MZT Skopje Aerodrom have finished their mini tour in Turkey with a win over Bakırköyspor - 92:72. It was the first win for Skopje crew in the 2017 preseason, while according to the stats we can see that the newcomers are slowly fitting into the team.
The top scorer in MZT Skopje Aerodrom was Damjan Stojanovski who made 23 points, while Daniel Jansen has continued with his excellent offensive performances in the preseason as he scored 20 points in this game.

In the clash of two local rivals, Mornar easily defeated Sutjeska - 76:53. Derek Needham was leading the troops of the winning side with 23 points, while the only problem for Mornar was that they could not count on Uroš Luković in this match, as he suffered a minor injury on training.

Zadar will play for the 3rd place at the friendly tournament in Jesolo, Italy as they got defeated by Venezia in the semifinals - 72:104. As you can see, Zadar had a lot of problems defensively in this match, but there were some good things in this defeat after all.
For example Preston Knowles made another great offensive performance by scoring 20 points, while Kristijan Krajina shined as well as he also dropped 20 points for his team.
Zadar will play against Sixt Primorska in the 3rd place match.
