2017/18 ABA League Teams - Crvena zvezda mts

For three years in a row Crvena zvezda mts are dominating the region. And that definitely looks frightening for all of their rivals.

By winning the regional championship in 2015, 2016 and 2017 the red & white crew from Belgrade have showed their power to everyone, while in the next season the only thing that will matter to them is to complete the four-in-a-row achievement.

But, Crvena zvezda mts will go on that quest with almost completely different team in comparison to the previous season.

After more than four years Zvezda parted ways with the most successful coach in club's history Dejan Radonjić, while on his place they brought young and talented coach Dušan Alimpijević.

Alimpijević will definitely have a difficult task to continue with Radonjić's work, but the most important thing is that the club's board and the players have full trust in him. And, those are not just any players...

Despite staying without most of the lads from the previous season, Crvena zvezda mts have managed to keep some important players such are Branko Lazić, Nemanja Dangubić, Milko Bjelica, Ognjen Dobrić... Also, the team have acquired some big names over the summer, including the three-time Euroleague champion Pero Antić, then James Feldeine, Taylor Rochestie, Marko Kešelj, Mathias Lessort, Nikola Radičević, Stefan Janković...

Looking at the roster, Crvena zvezda mts once again look very strong, so despite all the changes the red & white crew have all the rights to say that their one and only goal is to win the championship once again.
