2017/18 ABA League Teams - Mornar
Their first season was good... But, now they want more.

The previous season was quite special for Mornar and the reason is quite simple. It was the first time in history that this club had a chance to participate in ABA League!
Looking from this perspective, the boys from Bar have had a successful 2016/17 journey. They finished their debut season in ABA League at the 8th position, while the local basketball hall was fully packed in more than a few games.
And now Mornar want more.
The first thing they did this summer was making a small change at the bench. Former head coach Đorđije Pavićević will now work as assistant, while his older brother Mihailo Pavićević will take the role of team head coach.
What is very important is that head coach Mihailo Pavićević will have more than half of the roster from the previous season in his new team. Mornar have decided to keep team captain Marko Mijović, then Radoje Vujošević, Vukota Pavić, Marko Čalić, Boris Bakić, Marko Mugoša and Emir Hadžibegović.
When newcomers are concerned, Mornar have signed some very good players such are - Derek Needham, Karviar Shepherd, Uroš Luković, Strahinja Mićović, Nemanja Vranješ and Brandis Ross.
Put them together and you get a pretty strong team, which is very capable of achieving great things in near future.
