Mornar have been defeated in the first game of the Basketball Champions League Qualification Round 1, by Avtodor Saratov on the road in Russia.

The crucial one was the first period, when the hosts went up by 14 points, leading 29:15 after 10 minutes of the game. They have controlled the rest of the game and celebrated in the end with the score of 88:70.
For Mornar, Nemanja Vranješ was the top scorer with 24 points, while Boris Bakić followed him with 13.
