Mega Bemax host Cibona in Sremska Mitrovica
In the first game of the Sunday's ABA League programme, Mega Bemax will face Cibona in Sremska Mitrovica in the battle for the first win of the season.

Story of the game: Mega Bemax and Cibona will be opening the Sunday’s ABA League schedule, and they will do their best in order to begin their ABA League season classy, with a victory.
Mega have ended their preseason with a victory, and they can be satisfied with their preseason score overall, as they have won seven of their nine games this summer, including the ABA Super Cup, where they have reached the Semi-finals. On the other end, Cibona have won 6 of their ten games played in preseason, but were eliminated already in the Quarter-finals of the Super Cup.
At their season opener, Mega Bemax will play without Kostja Mushidi and Nikola Mišković, possibly also without Ognjen Čarapić and Mateja Jovanović, while Cibona will be missing Dominic Gilbert and Josip Popić.
Match-up in focus: Perhaps the most interesting battle to watch will be the clash of Mega’s EuroBasket 2017 “golden boy” Vlatko Čančar and Cibona’s American forward Cleveland Melvin. Both have raised some eyebrows with their performances also in Bar at the Super Cup and they could do it again in Sremska Mitrovica.
