2017/18 ABA League Regular Season, Round 4, Saturday, 14.10.2017:

MORNAR - FMP

Where? Topolica Sports Hall, Bar

When? 19:00

Story of the game: Tradition will be the one that lots will be spoken about on Saturday, as Mornar will host FMP in Topolica Sports Hall in Bar.

If you look at the statistics of the season so far, the things are clear – Mornar are unbeaten at home court so far, while FMP are still waiting to score their first away victory of the season. To make things worse for the Belgrade squad, in the only game that the two sides have played one against another so far in Bar, Mornar have prevailed.

Luckily for Vladimir Jovanović and his side, the tradition isn’t what brings victories and the team that will be more ready when the game begins, will take away the triumph. Which one will it be?

Both teams have scored one victory so far this season and the one that celebrates this time, will win valuable two points, that will move them away from the danger zone at the league’s bottom.

Match-up in focus: There is no dilemma on who will be on the limelight when the two teams step on court. Derek Needham of Mornar did not have the best possible start to the season and will do everything to prove that this was only a coincidence. On the other side he will have one of the league’s best point guards Filip Čović, who just as himself, can score as well as pass. It will be an exciting match-up to enjoy.

Head to head in regional league: In total 1:1; In Bar 1:0.
