EC: They are on fire - Budućnost beat Hapoel Jerusalem

Budućnost VOLI have defeated Hapoel Jerusalem on the road in the 2nd round of EuroCup! This is another great result for the Blue team of Podgorica and they are now officially on the winning streak!

Recall that Budućnost VOLI defeated Reggio Emilia last week in the opening round of EuroCup, while they also outplayed Crvena zvezda mts on the road last weekend in ABA League.

The top scorer of the Blue team this evening in Israel was Nikola Ivanović who made 19 points, while Filip Barović had 13 points and 9 rebounds.

The game itself was pretty exciting, as Hapoel Jerusalem had an opportunity to tie the score in the final moments, when the score was 84:81 for Budućnost VOLI. However, the players coached by Aleksandar Džikić were very good defensively in the last 20 seconds and they successfully prevented their rivals in scoring any points until the end.
