Although they have demonstrated more than solid performance, Petrol Olimpija still hasn’t got the taste of a maiden victory for them in the Basketball Champions League, as they were beaten on the road in Bandirma by Banvit in the second round of the competition.

Gašper Okorn’s squad fought as good of a battle, that they managed to enter overtime, but they simply lacked energy to win in in the extra time after a strenuous trip to Turkey.

The final score of the clash was 87:83 for Banvit and Jordan Morgan led the way in scoring for Petrol Olimpija with 22 points, while Devin Oliver, Jan Špan, Domen Lorbek and Gregor Hrovat added 10 apiece.

Basketball Champions League Group C, Round 2, Wednesday, 18.10.2017:
