Story of the game: Sunday evening is reserved for a big regional basketball derby! It's the battle for the top spot on the standings in ABA League and we can't wait for it to start.
Budućnost VOLI vs. Cedevita!
Budućnost VOLI are currently all alone at the top of the standings with one win more than Crvena zvezda mts and Cedevita. The Blue team are looking really good down on the court and they want to keep it that way. Their only problem on Sunday will be the fact that the match won't be played in their home gym S.C. Morača, as this venue is occupied for another event. Therefore, Budućnost VOLI will host Cedevita in Verde Sports Hall, but be quite sure that the home team will anyway have a big support from their fans.
Cedevita are in very good rhythm. Looking at all three competitions they are currently participating in (ABA League, EuroCup, Croatian Championship) they have scored 9 wins out of the previous 10 games! They are on a 3-win streak only in ABA League and their plan is to extend it even more. After all, it is enough to say that if they win this match they go in front of Budućnost VOLI on the standings.
