BRAVO! Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita have qualified for the 2017/18 EuroCup TOP 16 stage! Both teams triumphed in the last round of the regular season and therefore booked their tickets for the next stage.
Budućnost VOLI played a very interesting match against Lietkabelis in Podgorica. The home side have been in front throughout the whole match, but the Lithuanians have reduced the gap to just 1 point – 57:56, with 6 minutes left on the game clock. Luckily, Budućnost VOLI crew answered back with a 9:0 run and quickly got back on a double digit lead – 66:56.
Cedevita crew were the best when it was needed the most. In the crucial match against Levallois in Zagreb, the Orange team played a great game and eventually scored a win which has brought them in the TOP 16 stage.
Finally, Partizan NIS have suffered a road defeat against Lokomotiv Kuban in their last European game in this season. The black & white squad were just no match to the Russian powerhouse this evening.
