Story of the game: The last match of Round 16 will be quite important when it comes to the battle for the Playoffs. Zadar will host FMP in Krešimir Ćosić Hall, while the winner of this match will make a major step toward 4th place on the standings.
Currently, Zadar and FMP have the same overall score – 7-8, they are tied with Partizan NIS on the standings, while the team they are all chasing is Mornar who now have the overall score of 9-7.
In the 1st part of the season FMP scored quite a convicing win – 91:76, still Zadar are a totally different team when playing in front of their fans. It is enough just to write that Zadar have scored 4 wins out of the last 5 home games in the 2017/18 ABA League season.
Anyhow, Monday night basketball should bring us a very exciting game.
Match-up in focus: Josh Bostic is not just one of the best players of Zadar, but he is also one of the best players in the entire league and he is definitely in the race for the MVP of the season award. On the other side, Filip Čović has been one of the best point guards in ABA League for years and he will try to lead FMP toward a major away win.
