Story of the game: In the opening game of the 21st round of the ABA League regular season, MZT Skopje Aerodrom, for which is now certain that are going to finish the season in the last place in the standings, will be hosting Cedevita.
While for the hosts, the game has no other competitive meaning than honour of possibly beating one of the region’s powerhouses, it could turn out as an extremely important one for the visiting side, as Cedevita are currently (with 2 games to be played), separated from the top by 2 wins and triumphing in Skopje is a must for Jure Zdovc’s squad if they wish to stay in the race. Of course, not everything is in their hands anymore.
