Story of the game: In the first game of the Sunday’s schedule Mega Bemax and Igokea will meet in Sremska Mitrovica in the battle of the two teams that will be fighting for their 8th win of the season and a spot in the middle of the standings. The defeated team, however, will occupy a spot just above the bottom of the league’s standings at the end of the regular season.
Neither of the two teams has been shining lately, as Mega Bemax have won 2 of their last five games and have lost the last one, while Igokea won only once in the last five attempts and are currently on a 3 games long winless streak.

Match-up in focus: It could be of vast importance for Igokea, it Robert Rikić could limit the offensive contribution of Mega Bemax’s big man, youngster Goga Bitadze, who is currently shining under the rims in the ABA League, being Mega Bemax’s top rebounder (7 rpg) and shot blocker (2.19). On average, Rikić’s numbers are not quite as impressive, but he did prove in invidivdual games that he is capable of doing great things. Will this be that time?
