2018/19 ABA League Teams – Igokea

Every year Igokea players and coaching staff say that their primary goal is to keep the ABA League status, but then we eventually find them in the top part of the standings, trying to reach the Playoffs. Therefore, do not be surprised if the boys from Aleksadrovac once again start beating the main favorites from the very start of the new season.

Still, it must be mentioned that Igokea will look significantly different than in the past season. They hired Nenad Trajković as new head coach, while so far they have signed 6 new players - Jimmy Gavin, Trey Kell, Filip Njegovanović , Sava Lešić, Tomislav Zubčić and Domen Lorbek. Team captain Vuk Radivojević will still lead the team down on the court, while Đorđe Milošević and Robert Rikić are the two other players who remainined in the team from the last season.

Igokea put a lot of hope in their youngsters – Darko Talić, Dalibor Ilić, Aljoša Janković, Nemanja Nikolić & Nemanja Živković, and some of them will certainly get a chance to prove themselves at the big stage during the upcoming season.

And that mixture of young and experienced players might be a perfect combination for Igokea.
