Game recap: Crvena zvezda mts have scored the 1st win in the new ABA League season after beating Cibona in front of 4.000 fans in Aleksandar Nikolić Sports Hall. Still, although everyone in the gym expected an easy win of their team, the red & whites faced a very good opponent this evening. Cibona have really put up a good fight in Belgrade, but the Wolves did not have enough strength to pull off a major upset.
Key moments: Cibona made a big comeback in the 3rd quarter when they even managed to take the lead at one point. They were putting a lot of pressure on Crvena zvezda mts in those moments, but then Joe Ragland stepped up for the hosts. The American point guard scored 13 points in the 4th quarter and led his team toward the valuable win.
