Story of the game: We have only one ABA League game scheduled for this Sunday, but it should be a pretty interesting clash between Cedevita and Krka.
The Orange troops have finally picked up the right rhythm and they are in quite good form in front of the upcoming match. Cedevita have won the previous two games in the regional league, while on top of that they qualified for the next stage of EuroCup last week.
On the other side, Krka have also significantly improved the atmosphere in their locker room lately, especially after scoring a big home win against Mega Bemax in the last ABA League round. The Green squad are still winless on the road in the ongoing season, but they will try to change that on Sunday in Zagreb.
Match-up in focus: Cedevita’s point guard Justin Cobbs was just impressive couple of days ago in EuroCup game, and it seems that he is playing better and better every week. At the same time, Krka’s point guard Paolo Marinelli has had some really good performances in this season, including the one from the last weekend when he scored 23 points in victory against Mega Bemax. No doubt that Cobbs vs. Marinelli duel may decide many things in this game.
