Partizan win the thrilling Serbian Cup Final against Zvezda

Partizan NIS have won the 2019 Serbian National Cup after beating their arch rivals Crvena zvezda mts in a thrilling final – 76:74.

The score was all tied (74:74) with 1.1 seconds left on the game clock, when Partizan NIS head coach Andrea Trinchieri called for a time-out. The black & whites had a throw-in from Zvezda’s side of the court and Bandja Sy made an inbound lob pass to Jock Landale…

Landale caught the ball, while the refs called a foul by Billy Baron who pulled down Landale’s hand. Partizan NIS center made both free throws and brought the big win to his team – 76:74.

This is the 7th Serbian National Cup that Partizan NIS have won in their history. It’s also their 2nd in a row.
