Goga Bitadze of Budućnost VOLI is the 2018/19 Regular Season MVP of the ABA League and he deserved himself the honour by dominating the ABA League courts.

The regular season of the ABA League is over and it is the right time to announce the name of the MVP of this part of the competition.

It is Budućnost VOLI big guy Goga Bitadze, who was pretty unchallenged this season in terms of dominating the paint in the regional league throughout the season.

The 19-year old was averaging 16.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2 blocks, 0.9 assists and a valuation of 20 per game, which is also the third highest valuation amongst all players this season in the ABA League, behind only Dragan Apić of FMP and Luka Božić of Zadar.

Goga Bitadze also earned himself the the honours of the MVP of October, as well as the MVP of the 21st round of the Regular Season, previously.

However, the fact that Goga Bitadze was not just impressive in terms of stats and individual awards during the season, but was an important part of Budućnost VOLI’s squad on the way to the ABA League Playoffs ever since he joined the team, is what was crucial in the decision to select him to be the MVP of the regular season.
