Scott Wood and Scott Bamforth are the latest additions to 2019/20 Budućnost VOLI roster

Scott Wood and Scott Bamforth are the two latest additions of the 2019/20 Budućnost VOLI roster! The club from Podgorica has comfirmed both transfers on its official website.
What is very interesting about these two players is that they are both shooting guards and that they had already played together, back in the 2014/15 season when they were teammates in the Spanish team Murcia.
Scott Wood studied at the North Carolina State University where he was a four-year starter for the NCAA team NC State Wolfpack. After going undrafted in the 2013 NBA Draft, Wood decided to go to Europe and sign a contract with Spanish side Murcia. He has remained in this club for three years, before making a short return to the US in the 2016/17 season, when he spent one year in the NBA G-League playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors.
After that, Scott Wood returned to Europe and played one season for Turkish club Pınar Karşıyaka and one season for French team BCM Gravelines. In the previous season Wood averaged 8 points, 3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in the French Championship.
Scott Bamforth had a very similar career path as Scott Wood. During his college career he played for the Western Nebraska Cougars and for the Weber State Wildcats. Like Wood, Bamforth also decided to go overseas to start his pro career and he has remained in Europe ever since. Before joining Budućnost VOLI, Bamforth played for Seville, Murcia, Bilbao and Dinamo Sassari where he stayed in the past two seasons and with whom he won the 2019 FIBA Europe Cup.

Osim Gravelinesa u Evropi je nastupao za Murcia-u i Pinar Karsiyaka-u. U Americi je nastupao za G League tim Golden State Warriorsa - Santa Cruz Warriorse.
Scott Bamforth ima 29 godina, visok je 188cm i igra na poziciji beka.
Bamforth je u karijeri nastupao za Sevilla-u, Murcia-u, Bilbao. Dolazi iz ekipe Dinamo Sassari-a u kojem je biljezio 16.9 poena, 3.8 skoka i 3.3 asistencije uz 48% šuta iz igre(44% šut za 3 poena).
