PRESEASON: Partizan NIS and Igokea scored wins, FMP tied with Oradea

Four ABA League teams played their preseason games this Thursday evening.

The most impressive display, at least according to the final score, came from Igokea who defeated Zlatorog Laško by 110:55! Dennis Clifford led Igokea's troops with 20 points, while Rashad Vaughn and Sava Lešić added 16 points each for the winning side.

Partizan NIS have scored another preseason win as they prevailed against Darussafaka - 81:68. Ognjen Jaramaz was the top scorer in the black & white team with 13 points, while Rade Zagrac finished the match with 10 points. The numbers say that this was an outstanding team performance by the Belgrade giant, as apart from Jaramaz and Zagorac six other players were close to reach double digits. Parakhouski, Thomas & Peiners scored 8 points each, while Walden, Paige & Gordić collected 7 points each.

FMP drew against Oradea in the friendly match played in Belgrade - 80:80. Duop Reath has played his best game in the preseason so far as he dropped 20 points this evening, while the two newcomers Tejić and Radanov also made quite a good display. Tejić finished the match with 13 points, while Radanov added 11.

Finally, in the clash between ABA 1 and ABA 2 clubs, Mornar were defeated in Čačak against Borac - 90:94, despite a truly impressive performance by Jacob Pullen (27 points) and Nemanja Vranješ (26 points). Not a single Borac player scored more than 20 points, but they showed a remarkable team play as six of their players reached double digits in this match.
