Story of the game: In the final match of the opening round Krka will host FMP in Novo mesto. This clash does not bring any good memories to the home fans, as FMP have won the last four games against Krka in the regional league, including the two games played in Novo mesto.
Therefore, the green troops will now try to finally stop FMP's winning streak and to start the new season with an important win. After all, Krka have learned the lesson from the last season and they will now want to collect much more points at the home court in order to avoid late season drama.
At the same time FMP have showed at the 2019 ABA Super Cup that they are fully ready for the upcoming challenges. The Panthers have kept all the best players from the previous season and have made some important signings, so it will be interesting to see how far can this team go in the journey ahead of us.
