Cibona and Koper Primorska join Zvezda and Mega in the #ABAFutureStars Semi-Finals
The Group Stage is over. We now know which four teams will participate in the semi-finals of the U19 ABA League Championship 2019/20.

The Group Stage is over. We now know which four teams will participate in the semi-finals of the U19 ABA League Championship 2019/20.
Those are U19 Mega Bemax and U19 Cibona from Group A and U19 Crvena zvezda mts and U19 Koper Primorska from Group B. This means that the semi-final pairs will look like this:
U19 Mega Bemax (A1) – U19 Koper Primorska (B2)
U19 Crvena zvezda mts (B1) – U19 Cibona (A2)

In the opening game of the day at the U19 ABA League Championship, U19 Mornar have grabbed their first win of the tournament, by beating U19 Cedevita Olimpija, thanks to their excellent last-quarter performance (25:14). In the end, they have celebrated a 70:67 win for their 1-4 score, while Cedevita Olimpija ended the tournament with a 2-3 score.
In the first game of the day at the Belgrade tournament, U19 Partizan NIS have prevailed over U19 Krka in a high-scoring game, which ended with a 98:91 win for the black and whites, which were in front for the majority of the clash. Partizan NIS have ended the tournament with a 2-3 record and Krka 1-4.
In the clash of two direct competitors for the second place in the U19 ABA League Championship Tournament in Zadar, which guarantees a spot at the Final Four Tournament, U19 Koper Primorska have outgunned U19 MZT Skopje Aerodrom, with the final score of 87:82. Both squads have finished the tournament with the 3-2 record, while it was Koper Primorska who advanced to the next stage because of a better head-to-head score.
Cibona have qualified for the competition semi-finals after scoring a convincing win against Budućnost VOLI in the last round of the group stage. The reigning U19 ABA League champions have therefore clinched the 2nd place in Group A with the overall score of 3-2, while Budućnost VOLI finished the Group Stage with the overall score of 2-3.
In the last two games of the day, Crvena zvezda mts and Mega Bemax just made sure to finish the Group Stage with the perfect score. Crvena zvezda mts easily prevailed over Zadar - 100:45, while Mega Bemax defeated Igokea by - 72:68.
