Press release of the ABA League j.t.d. Presidency

During the session, held by the members of the Presidency, Đorđije Pavićević (KK Mornar Bar), Željko Žilavec (KK Zadar) and Zoran Tošković (KK FMP), a series of decisions, extremely important for the functioning of the regional competition next season and especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, have been made.

- The ABA League Presidency for the 2020/21 has been formed by the members: Zoran Tošković, the president an two Vice-presidents Đorđije Pavićević and Željko Žilavec.

- The informations regarding the various options of playing games were discussed and the ABA League Covid-19 protocol was confirmed, as well as the various options in case of the termination of the competition and marketing regulations, prepared by Director Dubravko Kmetović and Sports Director Milija Vojinović

- Information regarding the Out-of-court settlement between ABA League j.t.d. and KK Crvena zvezda mts has been adopted and the position of the Presidency regarding the realization of the settlement has been confirmed.

- The Presidency has supported all of the proposals by Mr. Kmetović and Mr. Vojinović and expressed the vast satisfaction due to the fact that the clubs have done the same at their meeting on 2 September 2020.

- The Presidency has unanimously agreed to schedule new session as soon as possible, with a goal to secure the realization of the decisions, made at the previous ABA League j.t.d. Assemblies and the uninterrupted functioning of the ABA League.
