EC: Perfect day for ABA League clubs

Budućnost VOLI, Mornar and Partizan NIS have all scored wins in the 2nd round of the 2020/21 EuroCup regular season.

Mornar scored their first win in this season as they beat Spanish side Unicaja Malaga at home court. The boys from Bar had a fantastic shooting night. They scored 14 three-pointers which is twice as much as the visitors made tonight. Mornar made 58 points just in the first half, while at the end they stopped at 90 points, which was quite enough for a comfortable win. 

Budućnost VOLI kept a perfect score in EuroCup this season as they prevailed over French team Boulogne Metropolitans 92 on the road in the 2nd round of the regular season. The blue-and-whites were up by 16 points already after the opening quarter and they have managed to stay in front until the end although the French side came really close in the final 10 minutes. Willie Reed and Suad Šehović scored some big shots in the key moments to seal the win for Budućnost VOLI.

Partizan NIS have defeated Italian side Umana Reyer Venezia in Belgrade, after making a fantastic 2nd half performance. The black & whites were down by a point at the halftime - 42:43, but then they turned on their engines and scored no less than 53 points in the 2nd half. This was the first win for Partizan NIS in the 2020/21 EuroCup regular season.
