While waiting for the next ABA League round, let's keep our fingers crossed for all regional clubs who are playing in European competitions this week.

Another European week is in front of the ABA League clubs.

After scoring another convincing win in the ABA League, Crvena zvezda mts will try to use the good momentum to get back on the winning track in EuroLeague. But, the red & whites won’t have an easy task as they are about to face Russian powerhouse CSKA Moscow in Belgrade on Thursday evening.

Crvena zvezda mts and CSKA Moscow have faced each other 9 times in the EuroLeague since 2016 and the score is 8:1 for the Russian side. Still, the red & whites look really impressive in this season and perhaps now it is the time for the Belgrade troops to improve that head-to-head score against the still reigning European champions.

Three ABA League teams will play their EuroCup games on Tuesday evening and all of them will play on the road.

Partizan NIS travel to Turkey to face Bahcesehir Koleji. The black & whites want to bounce back after that last week’s heavy defeat against UNICS Kazan, while there is no need mentioning how much a win against Bahcesehir Koleji on the road would mean to Partizan NIS in the battle for the next stage.

Mornar have been playing very good in the EuroCup in this season. They have scored 2 wins out of 3 rounds, while now the boys from Bar will play against French side Boulogne Metropolitans 92. This match can decide many things when it comes to the battle for the next stage of the competition, so Mornar will be fully motivated to take the precious win in this away game.

Cedevita Olimpija are heading toward Italy where they will face Dolomiti Energia Trento. The Italian side is currently the top placed team in this group as it has won all 3 games so far in the regular season. It means that Cedevita Olimpija are in front of a very difficult challenge, but the Dragons showed their power last week when they scored a convincing win against Gran Canaria. If they manage to repeat that performance, they will most certainly have the chance to become the first team to beat Dolomiti Energia Trento in the 2020/21 EuroCup season.

Budućnost VOLI are the only ABA League team to play their EuroCup game on Wednesday. The Podgorica side will host German team Ratiopharm Ulm, while this is a nice opportunity for the blue & whites to score another big win in the EuroCup, simply because Budućnost VOLI haven’t lost a single home game so far in this season in all competitions.
