Game recap: On the road in Novo mesto, Cibona have prevailed over Krka and grabbed their first win of the ABA League season. Ivan Velić’s squad have been in front for the majority of the game and have finally cracked the resistance of the hosts for good in the final quarter. They now moved away from the bottom of the standings and hold a win in their hands after four games played this season, just like Krka, on the other side.
Key moments: Midway through the final quarter, the guests were in front only by 4 points (63:67) and the game could still go either way. However, Krka did not manage to score until the very end and so Cibona have gone on a 13:0 run until the final buzzer and deservedly won the game.
