Mornar scored a huge EuroCup win this Wednesday evening as they beat their local rivals Budućnost VOLI in overtime! The hero of the night was Mornar's point guard Isaiah Whitehead who scored the game-winning 3-pointer in the final seconds of overtime.

In a very thrilling game which reminded us on their ABA League clashes, both Mornar and Budućnost VOLI had a chance to win the match late in the 4th quarter. The score was all tied at 76:76, with Budućnost VOLI having the last 24-second play to score the game-winning shot. However, Justin Cobbs missed the driving lay-up and he left couple of the seconds to Mornar to potentially win the match. Kenny Gabriel grabbed the defensive rebound, but his 3/4 court shot was not good.

In overtime, it was Mornar who had the last ball-possession. Jacob Pullen went for a drive, but when he saw that he could not go all the way to the basket he passed the ball to Isaiah Whitehead. Although having a guard close to him, Whitehead pulled up for a 3-pointer and he made the game-winning shot for Mornar.

Partizan NIS were defeated by JL Bourg at home court this Wednesday evening. The black & whites had many problems defensively in the first half in which they let the French side score no less than 57 points. In the rest of the match, Partizan NIS tried to get back into the game, however despite reducing the gap they were not able to complete the comeback.
