ABA League Round 5, Saturday, 31 October 2020:

IGOKEA – PARTIZAN NIS

Where? Lakataši Sports Hall

When? 20:00

Story of the game: Big night for the basketball fans in Laktaši is coming up. Igokea will be hosting Partizan NIS and it is always exciting when these two squads battle in this venue. So we believe that this time would be no different.

Both of the two squads have been victorious lately in the ABA League, with Igokea winning their last three encounters and Partizan NIS two.

The game is therefore extremely important for both sides, as for Igokea, winning would mean that they would stay in touch with the Playoffs zone, while Partizan NIS would re-enter their race for the top of the standings in case of the victory. In case they do not succeed, they would lose their contact with the Playoffs Zone squads – at least for a couple of rounds.

Let’s watch the game and find out how it unfolds.

Match-up in focus: Codi Miller-McIntyre has shined for Partizan NIS in its last appearance against Cedevita Olimpija, hitting no less than five three-pointers and this time he’s got another big test coming up, as his squad will be facing Stefan Pot’s Igokea. Both players are currently being the second-leading scorers of their respective teams, while Pot is also leading Igokea in passing with 4 assists dished out per clash, while Miller-McIntyre is third at Igokea in passing with 3.3 assists made per game. Which one will be more successful in this match-up?

Head to head in the regional league: 6:13; in Laktaši 5:5.
