Jovan Novak returns to Mega Soccerbet
The best passer of the last year’s German Championship is coming to ABA League!

Jovan Novak has returned to Mega Soccerbet! This 25-year-old point guard played for Mega Soccerbet in the 2016/17 ABA League season and back then he was the best passer and the 4th best scorer of this team.
Novak spent the previous season in German side Mitteldeutscher BC, while he was the best passer of the 2019/20 German Championship with the average score of 8.9 assists per match.
Apart from Mega Soccerbet and Mitteldeutscher BC, Novak has also played for his hometown club Vršac, where he started his pro career, then for Radnički Kragujevac, Vojvodina Novi Sad, Turów Zgorzelec, Metalac Valjevo and for MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Jovan Novak was a regular member of the Serbian National Team youth selections and he won the silver medal at the U19 FIBA World Cup 2013 and the bronze medal at the U20 FIBA EuroBasket 2014.

Jovan Novak se posle tri godine vratio u redove Mege!
Mega Soccerbet će u nastavku ABA lige biti jači za Jovana Novaka nakon što je srpski internacionalac potpisao ugovor sa klubom. Novak je već nastupao za Megu u sezoni 2016/17, a u prošloj sezoni je kao član Miteldojčera bio najbolji asistent nemačkog prvenstva sa prosekom od 8.9 asistencija po meču.
Jovan Novak je rođen 8. novembra 1994. godine u Vršcu, visok je 188 centimetara i igra na poziciji plejmejkera. Seniorsku karijeru je počeo 2012. godine u Vršcu a pored Mege u sezoni 2016/17, nastupao je još za Radnički iz Kragujevca, Vojvodinu, Turov (Poljska), Metalac, MKS Dabrova Gornica (Poljska) i Miteldojčer (Nemačka).
Sa juniorskom reprezentacijom Srbije je 2013. godine osvojio srebrnu medalju na Svetskom prvenstvu za igrače do 19 godina a naredne godine sa mladom reprezentacijom i bronzu na Evropskom prvenstvu za igrače do 20 godina.
