Igokea have scored their first ever win in FIBA Basketball Champions League as they beat Turkish side Turk Telekom at home court.

Igokea have scored their first ever win in FIBA Basketball Champions League as they beat Turkish side Turk Telekom at home court.

In this very close game, the winner was decided in the 4th quarter. With seven-and-a-half minutes left on the game clock Igokea were up by just one point – 55:54, while then the ABA League side made the crucial 11:0 run to increase their lead to 66:54.

Anthony Clemmons was the MVP of the game as he made 17 points and 7 assists this evening, while three more players of Igokea reached double digits, including Jackie Carmichael with 15 points, Antabia Waller with 12 and Nikola Jovanović with 10 points.

Igokea and Turk Telekom are now all tied on the Group G standings with the overall score of 1-1.
