EC: Victory for Cedevita Olimpija

Cedevita Olimpija have prevailed over Frutti Extra Bursaspor on the road in Bursa for the second time this season, after they have been victorious in a postponed game on Monday as well. The Dragons have started the game in the best possible way, by scoring 33 points in the opening quarter and leading by 12 points ahead of the second quarter. They have managed to protect their lead until the end of the clash and celebrated the win in the end with the final score of 97:80. For the Dragons, Jaka Blažič led the way in scoring with 25 points, while Rion Brown added 15.

Mornar, on the other side, have been defeated on the road in Malaga by Unicaja, after the hosts have been dominant throughout the game. They led by 11 points after first quarter and already by 20 (54:34) at halftime. There was no way back into the game for Mornar in the second half and in the end, the final score was 98:72. For Mornar Marko Jeremić scored 15 points, while Nemanja Vranješ added 14.

Budućnost VOLI’s and Partizan NIS’ EuroCup games of the round have been postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic.
