Story of the game: In the opening game of the ABA League Round 8, Borac will be hosting Krka at home in Čačak.
It’s the clash of the two squads, that have never met in the ABA League, but have met twice in Čačak in the ABA League 2. One of the two games came in that dramatic semi-final encounter at the Final Four Tournament, where Krka have advanced to the Final and later won the championship and promotion to the top tier ABA League championship.
This time, the teams meet in different circumstances and both of them will be looking for their second win of the season, which would take them away from the danger zone near the bottom of the ABA League standings.
Borac have been waiting for it since the first round, when they have prevailed over Partizan NIS and Krka since round 3 when they have been more successful than Zadar.
Which team can bounce back after a series of defeats and get back to the winning track?
